1. Statutory Status & Governance

TECHMED Institute of Professional Studies (TMIPS), operated under Educational Solution Hub, is incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India and holds Enterprise Registration with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME Reg. JH-06-0081882). All certification and diploma credentials adhere to national vocational and paramedical skill frameworks.

2. Student Eligibility & Admission Guidelines

• Admissions are granted strictly based on academic merit and fulfillment of prerequisite criteria (10th Matriculation or 10+2 Intermediate Science/General as specified per program).
• Submission of forged certificates or inaccurate credentials will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of registration.
• Students can secure initial seat booking starting from ₹1,000, with balance tuition payable in interest-free monthly or semester installments.

3. Attendance, Clinical Rotations & Practical Training

Paramedical (DMLT, OTT, Radiology) and Technical Trade (ITI Electrician, Fitter) diplomas require mandatory attendance of minimum 75% in theoretical classes and 100% completion of hospital clinical postings or workshop hours prior to final semester examinations.

4. Certificate Verification & Tamper-Proof Vault

All diplomas awarded by TMIPS include a unique cryptographic QR-code directly verifiable at tmips.in/student-login. Employers and recruiting hospitals can verify authenticity instantaneously.

5. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes or administrative arbitrations are subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand.
