When students, guardians, or authorized training centres interact with TMIPS (via online admission forms, WhatsApp inquiry desk, or the Student Verification Vault), we may collect:

• Identity Data: Full Name, Date of Birth, Guardian Name, Aadhar Number (where mandated for government skill registers).
• Contact Information: Mobile Phone Number, WhatsApp Number, Email Address, and Postal Address.
• Academic Credentials: 10th/12th Marksheets, School Leaving Certificates, and Examination Roll Numbers.
• Verification Records: Enrollment Numbers, Student Vault QR Verification IDs, and Hospital Rotation logs.

2. Purpose & Use of Student Data

We process collected data exclusively for educational and administrative purposes:

• Issuing official student registration IDs, admit cards, and MSME/MCA certified diplomas.
• Facilitating employer and hospital verification via our tamper-proof QR code Student Vault.
• Arranging mandatory clinical hospital postings (Tata Main Hospital, Sadar Hospital networks) and ITI workshop apprenticeships.
• Communicating semester exam schedules, fee installment reminders, and placement opportunities.

3. Data Security & Digital Vault Protection

TMIPS implements enterprise-grade SSL encryption and secure cloud database servers. Digital certificates stored in the Student Vault are cryptographically hashed to prevent forgery and unauthorized data tampering.
